What is the difference between monthly and annual Care?

The work and ongoing Care are the same. Monthly is $500 each month with a 3-month start. Annual is $5,000 paid upfront, saving $1,000 against $500 × 12, and includes one agreed redesign project.

What does “free redesign” mean?

It is one focused redesign project included in the annual plan. We agree the pages, priorities, and scope with you before work begins, so “free” never means vague.

Do I have to know what to ask for?
