What is the difference between paying monthly and yearly?

The Care work is identical. Monthly is $500, month to month. Yearly is $5,000 paid once — $1,000 less than twelve monthly payments — and it adds one agreed redesign project.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Monthly Care is month to month: tell us and we stop at the end of the period you have paid for. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. A prepaid year runs to the end of that year.

What does the included redesign mean?

It is one focused redesign project, included only when you prepay the year. We agree the pages, priorities, and scope with you before work begins, so “included” never means vague.

Do I have to know what to ask for?

No. Send the problem in plain English. We will help turn it into the next useful piece of work for the store.
